The hotel rooms are very spacious with all the amenities you need, and its location is perfect in a great area.

The rooms with nice shower and coffee, as example. Super friendly staff at all times. Early check-in, great location just next door to nice restaurants and attraction & restaurants and Piazza Maggiore and all of the city centers happenings.

Staying at the hotel was such wonderful, I would love to return.

The room was nice and clean. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the location was marvelous and absolutely perfect, around a 10-15 minute walk from Christ Church Cathedral.

We had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in Bologna. the host at Funtanir Rooms was wonderful, accommodating our early check-in and providing helpful suggestions for places to visit. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved the fun and creative interior design. There were supermarkets nearby and the property was easy to reach from the train station. We appreciated that the room was cleaned between nights and toiletries were provided. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous building. Cons: Cannot find any fault! 👌.

The mini-tablet controlled windows and shutters were a fascinating touch. The free Nespresso coffee, tea, and biscuits were a lovely addition. The location was great, with a gelato shop and supermarket nearby, and the city center within a short walk. I would definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone.
